Block 1, Attic Window
I have created a foundation paper piecing template you can download here for this block. This is a one-piece foundation, so should go together fairly quickly. I have numbered the sections so you know the order you should proceed.

I have this book and have never started it. Maybe now is the time.

Hi, Helen, I don't have the book, but I understand it's a fascinating look at life in the 1920's with letters from readers of the Farmer's Wife magazine in response to a question about whether the reader would encourage her daughter to marry a farmer. Of course, plus the patterns on CD. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI have the Farmer's Wife Book with CD. I made 12 blocks by hand with templates. I love hand work. I will now try this by machine.
